The concept of provide.io, and the Integrated Cooperative Network™, is ambitious. And, the only way this is going to work is with some well defined concepts, and processes, to guide how the network scales, from day zero.

There are a lot of moving parts when you’re making an effort to setup the plumbing between different groups of people.

This is the reason that larger enterprises are popular with folks that want a place to progress their career. They’re really good at integrating all the people, and processes, to create some sort of value.

And, they typically use Hierarchy to do so, as well as striping of individual autonomy to meet the goals defined at the top of the hierarchy.

A Cellular Organization is a complete paradigm shift from Hierarchy. It is more like Sociocracy than anything, but somewhat more abstract. Sociocracy can be implemented within a Cellular Organization.
